Please Note:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
A 10% service fee applies to services for fewer than 10 guests, and a 15% service fee applies to services for more than 10 guests.
We recommend booking your event with us as soon as possible. Ideally, we suggest securing your reservation at least two weeks in advance. However, we strive to accommodate varying timelines and availability. For larger parties, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure we can provide the best experience for your event.
Please note that last-minute bookings for smaller or larger parties will incur a rush fee:
• $100 for bookings made within 48 hours (for smaller parties)
• $50 for bookings made within 72 hours (for smaller parties)
• Starting at $150 for bookings made within 3 weeks (for larger parties, depending on size and details)

Picnic Booking Details:
Your 2-hour booking includes setup at your requested location, along with cleanup and teardown afterward to ensure a seamless experience.
Outdoor Setups include:
• Customized chalkboard sign
• Serving trays
• Accent side table
• Plates, napkins, cutlery, glassware
• Wicker waste bin
• Sanitation basket
• Rugs and pillows/seat cushions for comfort
• Faux floral centerpieces and decorative accents
• Elegant tapered candles for ambiance

Tea Party Picnic Setup/Tablescape Includes:
• Porcelain cupcake stands
• Teapot, tea cups with saucers and spoons
• Tea essentials such as sugar cubes and assorted flavored teas
• Complimentary small bites, including macarons and mini sugar cookies
This charming setup is available as either a classic picnic or an elegant tablescape.
Tablescape Booking Details:
Your 3-hour booking includes setup at your requested location, along with cleanup and teardown afterward to ensure a seamless experience. Setup begins approximately 1.5–2 hours before your event start time.
Tablescape Setups Include:
• Styled table(s) with theme-based décor
• Linen tablecloth or table runner (based on style)
• Centerpieces and coordinating accent décor
• Full place settings: plates, napkins, cutlery, and glassware
• Standard balloon backdrop (2 colors with basic drapery)
• Optional custom chalkboard sign
• Setup, teardown, and cleanup services
Tables and seating are not included with tablescape setups. Clients are responsible for providing these or coordinating rentals through a local vendor.

Service Fee Disclaimer:
A service fee may apply to standalone services to cover preparation, delivery, and/or setup. Fees may vary based on the service type, order size, and location. Final pricing will be confirmed during the inquiry and booking process.
We do not offer full meals; however, we are currently curating a list of recommended food vendors. Our SereniTEA Garden (https://www.simplisticsoirees.com/service-page/serenitea-garden-2?category=6059e568-be6d-4570-a139-8f7fea669f0e&referral=service_list_widget)package includes complimentary sweet small bites.
Additionally, our Mini Boxes & Samplers, Sweet Treats by the Dozen, and Sweet Treat Packages (https://www.simplisticsoirees.com/services?category=12882dc7-584c-4609-b3c6-6326dfdcfafa)are available on our Add-Ons & Services (https://www.simplisticsoirees.com/services?category=f0bdb85d-5cea-4715-b940-d454fb707eed)page, featuring a delightful mix of chocolate-covered pretzels, cookies, wafers, and more—perfect for any occasion.
All items are prepared in accordance with Ohio’s Cottage Food Law and are shelf-stable. Perishable items such as chocolate-covered strawberries will not be prepared under this license but will be coordinated through a licensed commercial kitchen to ensure compliance and food safety. Each order includes a full ingredients list and allergen information.
We do not currently have a permit to provide alcoholic beverages; however, we are working on a collaboration to offer this service in the future.
We provide complimentary water and lemonade for all picnic bookings. Additionally, sparkling non-alcoholic beverages are available upon request for an extra fee. Please note: We are not liable for any alcohol that customers choose to bring to their picnic location. Please check the location or park policies regarding alcoholic beverages before arriving to your event.
We do not provide tables or seating for rental at this time. Clients are responsible for providing these or coordinating rentals through a local vendor.
We accept all major credit/debit cards via secure online invoicing (Stripe). A deposit is required to reserve your date, with final payment due 1 week before your event.
Yes, flexible payment plans may be available for larger bookings. Please inquire during your consultation.
In the event of rain, high winds, extreme heat, or any other severe weather conditions on the day of your gathering, we strongly recommend having an alternate indoor location available or being prepared to reschedule. Please refer to our cancellation and rescheduling policy for full details. Kindly note that weather-related conditions do not qualify for a refund.
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. All payments made to Simplistic Soirées are non-refundable. However, if a client cancels and wishes to reschedule, they may apply the paid amount to future bookings within 12 months of the original booking date.
If any items provided for your gathering are damaged, stained, lost, or stolen, you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. We recommend handling all items with care and ensuring they are returned in the same condition as they were received.
